it is very important for us to make sure that we eat healthy food that is balanced diet so that we can have a healthy life because when you consume malnutritious food it increases the risk of developing chronic diseases in the body by causing obesity or you being overweight and when you are obeseit increases the risk of developing some major health problems like diabetes high blood pressure stroke liver disease sleep apnea and infertility and it's also causes diabetes.
unhealthy foods are mostly high in sodium fat sugar and cholesterol and where you eat this food on a regular basis is increases the risk of redevelopment blood pressure and also increases your risk of heart attack coronary artery disease and stroke and the sugar that mostly this unhealthy food contains its makes you to develop a lot of health issues so it is important for us to make sure that will consume balanced diet so that will be able to derive the nutrients that will benefit our healthy growth instead of all necessary nutrients that way endanger our health we should make sure that we eat balanced diet on a regular basis so that we can be able to be active strong and more healthy
