Do you know that excess consumption of sugar cane is very dangerous to human health? Well, you might not really know that eating too much of this sweet grass can leads to several health issues. Below are some of the harmful effects of eating too much of sugar cane;

sugar cane contain a substance called policosanol, this substance can cause insomnia to human. Sugar cane consumption can also leads to stomach upset

Sugar cane when eating too much can also cause dizziness and headache etcetera. The policosanol that is presence in sugar cane can also caused blood thin.

The general rules I am trying to see here is that some things or almost everything is are dangerous when we consume it too much . The same is also applicable to sugar.
In as much as it is dangerous for us to have a low blood sugar , it is also at the same time dangerous for us to have a high blood sugar because having too much sugar in your system may indicate a sign and symptom of diabetes which is the most popular disease in the elderly.

The best way for us to maintain a healthy diet and body system is to consume things in normal, sugar shouldn't really be taken too much most especially if you are those that are not really doing much things to exercise and burn the excess sugar out of your system.

There are so many things we have to keep in check , our blood sugar and her blood pressure are those things.
