it is not possible for us not to put salt in our food because salt brings more taste to the food when we want to eat but we should make sure that will minimise the quantity which she didn't think about the taste that it will provide to the food because when you think about only the things and not a side effect when it is in excess in the body it can endanger the health salt causes a lot of health issues when it is in excess in the body so avoid consuming too much of salt so that you won't have problem like rising high blood pressure or you been thirsty always like having a dry mouth and it also increases the risk of developing stomach cancer and it increases the risk of heart disease which can lead to premature death because when you have rising blood pressure is increasing the risk of heart disease and high blood pressure can be caused by too much of salt in the bodyso it is important that will make sure that the salt to consume is not too much in a day like a teaspoon is enough daily to avoid certain side effects

Too much consumption of salt is not good for the health it causes a lot of health concern it makes you to be less healthy because it increases the risk of developing some kind of chronic diseases in the body like cancer kidney problem and heart failure so it is better for us to minimise the intake of all the salt so that you won't have any problem with the side effects we should make sure that the salt we put in our diet that we consume daily is not too much so that we can live a healthy life

Eating too much salt can cause high BP consuming too much salt is very bad to our health,we should use small salt even if we want to use it in a small so that it won't have damage to our health we can do without salt but we should avoid it in large

Eating too much salt is nor good at all. When one is eating excess salt one will be sweating much and if care is not taking it may also damage body system.
Whenever one is try to take it ir should be moderate so that it would not leads to something else.

Even though I still put salt up to this day in the food I consume after it's been prepared, but I don't make it a habit to add salt always to already prepared food. Their are times when the food prepared isn't bringing out the best of taste due to lack of salt, in order to make it tasting proper, salt needs to added a little. I know it isn't all that encouraging, but not everything we learned from others about salt is effective immediately. It only becomes harmful when one makes it routine to be adding salt everything he or she is eating food. My aged grand parents makes use of salt after food is prepared, but not often, such didn't make them dying prematurely, one died at the age of 97, it isn't about wat you learned from people that is always effective because you applied it at times, no, rather, it becomes dangerous to the well-being when it is applied excessively. Because, excess of everything is dangerous to body system.

A good number of individuals in the world today have the habit or attitude of adding salt to a ready prepared food , this behaviour or habit is kind of wrong because raw salt is harmful to the human body . Raw consumption of salt affect the liver , lungs , and intestine . a lot of individuals today and not aware that everything we take into our body affect our livers . Too much consumption of salt leads to high blood pressure and make us at risk to stomach cancers . if we are to consume salt we must make sure that it is cooked that is added in our food to make it taste better .

Salt is a very powerful substance and the two most powerful chemicals found in salt include sodium and chloride which when experimented could be harmful to our health if consumed in excess . also the intestine is responsible for the passing of excretion could be affected by the consumption of too much salt . Our intestines tends to become weak thereby making us feel pains in our stomach areas which is usually caused as a result of consuming too much salt .

For some time now we have reduced out salt intake drastically, even when boiling rice, we do not put salt in it. Too much salt could lead to cases like heart failure, high blood pressure, it could even damage our organs as well.

Excessive salt also leads to bloating, weight gain, frequent visitation of the restroom, If you eat too much salt before bed, it can lead to disturbances in your sleep it also causes dehydration, heart failure, kidney stones and many more ailments that can cause you alot if money and even your life if it is not taken care of properly.

It's better to eat a food with limited salt than the one with salt to your taste if you are the type that like salty food.

Good evening Barin and everyone here! Hope you are all doing well. Thank you very much for your informative thread. I absolutely agree with every single word you mention in your post. It is true that today people consume too much salt. The problem is that people eat fast food very often which contains a lot of salt. This is our modern world. People are too busy to prepare their own food and as a result, they buy unhealthy food. Unfortunately, too much salt in our diet causes several serious health problems and people should be informed about these problems in order to stop consuming too much salt. Undoubtedly, our health is valuable and we must try to protect it as much as we can. Thanks again for your useful and helpful post. It is highly appreciated.

Taking in if excessive salt can cause alot of damage in our body system. Humans take in alot of salt unlike animals who look healthier and stronger.
Yes salt is important, and makes us eat tasty meals yet we shouldn't take it too much.
The common headache we have sometimes is caused by excessive salt. Salt dries up the liquid form in a living thing. For Instance pouring salt on an earthworm it's shrinks and dies so does it dry the water in our body and brain and out body can't function without water.
And when it happens that way the brain get strained to access any part of the body that has water so it can function.
