What is Junk food and what are its side effects.
Every person knows that health is wealth. To live a healthy life we should want to eat healthy food.
Junk food means those food which is not good to our health.
Junk food can define as much or high in salt, sugar, and fats and kilo calories and there is lack of nutrients, minerals, proteins and vitamins . It is estimated that At least 40,000 deaths are caused due to junk food in all over the world . Junk food contains calories and saturated fatty acid which takes much time to digest them . Junk food takes too much time to digest. You can also say junk food as optional food or dis - cretionary food . Junk is not good for our health. If you eat junk food may be there is Increases the risk of obesity . You can not say no to the taste of junk food but every one knows that that it was unhealthy food but every one's eat junk food. So avoid to eat junk food.

Side effects of the junk food.
1. Junk food can cause the digestive system problems.
2. Junk food can affects on our immune system and our body health.
3. Junk food can causes the skin problems.
4. Junk food can causes the high blood pressure.

It is no proper to debunk the intake of junk foods.

Junk foods serves as fast foods. The food that we take in when we ain't ready to prepare a proper meal.

But many people tend to take junk foods as proper meals, in place of the real ones.
Most of us takes this as an attitude, due to how our tight schedule tend to deprive us of doing the right thing.

This is mostly mentioned in the lives of the male folks.Most of our young male folks, to be exact, do not derive the pleasure of cooking.

Maybe, if they do not have to see a lady who can atleast pass the night with them, cooking what they want,. since they are bachelors, they rather choose to go out to grab a bottle of coke and pizza, or bread to pass over the morning or anytime o the day.

Taking this as a normalise, is not in any form healthy to our human system.

There are many disadvantages of taking much of junk foods.
They are as follows:

Ulcer, diabetes, obesity,loss of appetite, depression, cancer risk, reduces life span, bloating, constipation, lack of nutrition, inflammation, it also causes teeth decay,kidney disease, and so on. Yea.

Junk food also leads to fat or obesity. If one should make proper investigations, you would discover that one major issue or problem with most fat people out there trying to loose weight is their eating habits. There is high level of sugar in junk food, these sugars are carbohydrates which are converted to fat in the body, not to mention other health issues it might cause as well, some of which are weakness, body pains, waking up tired and with body pains.

Eating junks has been helpful a few times when there's no time to grab something good to eat, but having it regularly has alot risk involved. It has series of side effects, and alot of damages it causes to the health. Any food processed and repackaged is a junk food.

Some shocking side effects of eating too much junks include leading to digestive disorder, it has alot of carbohydrates that can damage your blood sugar level. It reduces the brightness and life in the skin and increases the number of acnes you get.

It affects the teeth and weakens the bones, causes diabetes and leads to heart attacks due to the increase in cholesterol levels.
It causes shortness of breath and reduces working abilities. Causes irrigation and splitting headaches

Junk foods are those foods that have been made using high levels of sugar, salt, fats, oils, pastry and sweeteners. All of these ingredients are artificial and so they also contain unhealthy chemicals in them. The junk foods are really sweet, that is why people get addicted to them. Yet they cause so many health problems.

They are linked to so many diseases such as obesity, heart diseases and mental health problems. The high levels of fat in the junk food can clog the blood vessels hence leading to poor flow of blood; it can get too high or too low.

The high sugar levels are so harmful as they hinder with the normal sugars of the body. Also, when sugar levels are high in your body, you get tired alot, fail to concentrate well and your general mental health gets affected alot. Moreover, high levels of sugar makes you at high risk of diabetes.

Junk foods also affect your digestive system highly. One reason is that the chemicals contained in them affects the healthy acids in your stomach that aid digestion. Moreover, junk foods do not contain any fiber, so they are so hard to digest. It is best to not them regularly.

As we all know that diet plays an important role in human health. Because your body healthiness and fitness is completely depend on your food which you eat. If you will eat nutritional food then your body remain healthy and on the other hand if we eat junk and fast food then it means your are ruin your health with your hands.

If someone has the habit of eating junk food then it means he will consume too much calories,fat,and oil in his body which is very harmful for our body .If the level of calories or fatty acids is above the thershold amount then it leads to many health problems for example obesity and also increased the rate of blood pressure, diabetes and heart attack etc.
Besides this if we eat junk food daily then it also causes stomachaches and you will face problem when you will go to washroom. Stomachaches may lead to vomiting sometime and cause dehydration in our body.

So, try to eat balanced diet and add fruits and vegetables in your diet and if you want to eat some kind of fast food then I suggest you instead of ordering from outdoor you kust cook at home with your hands .

We have been told this several times the danger and the result our body will display if we continue to live by eating junk food. Well we have to take a look at a deeper explanation of what a junk food is all about.

Junk food are mainly a process food in which chemicals are being used as preservative and during processing it has to pass through a lot of chemical process to bring out an end result which is always the food. Sometimes as a result of the processing phenomenon most of these foods will lose It mineral and natural nutrients there in .

That is why most of the process food do not have much nutritional value compared to natural food that has not been chemically processed . .

The only contents in process food is salt which may generally be dangerous to humans as we all understand .
