1. Junk foods contain Calories, sugars and fat which leads to weight gain and can later end up being overweight or obese which can cause diabetes, joint pain and other various heart issues.
2. Too much sugar and fat makes the brain not to function properly for learning and memory
3. It can lead to hormonal Imbalance due to being addicted to the junk foods by craving for more junk foods everyday
4. Junk foods doesn't contain vital nutrient that are needed in the body so they cause poor growth and development to the health
Am not saying we should stop eating junk foods but we should minimize the intake we should avoid consuming it daily so as not to experience all this side effect

This is not the first time I am seeing this , there are so many topic both online and on magazine that warns people against the side effects of junk food most especially for adults who are above the age of 45 , because this will rather increase the risk of them settling down with difficult illness .

If we look into the composition of most of these junk food we are eating on the daily basis, we will come to find out that natural nutrients are not available in most of them , and mostly they contain salt which make it delicious and tasty.. this salt is what increases the risk of people getting diabetes which could easily lead to early dead if property is not taken.

There are so many benefits of eating natural fruit and vegetable , this will help the body to be more resistance against cancer and other dangerous disease.

Eating junk food on a daily basis can have several negative effects on your health. Here are some potential side effects:
  1. Weight gain: Junk food is often high in calories, unhealthy fats, and added sugars, which can contribute to weight gain and obesity.
  2. Increased risk of chronic diseases: Eating junk food regularly can increase your risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and certain types of cancer.
  3. Nutrient deficiencies: Junk food is often low in essential nutrients such as fiber, vitamins, and minerals, which can lead to nutrient deficiencies over time.
  4. Poor digestion: Junk food is often high in fat and low in fiber, which can lead to digestive problems such as constipation, bloating, and stomach pain.
  5. Mood swings and fatigue: Junk food can cause spikes and crashes in blood sugar levels, which can lead to mood swings, fatigue, and decreased energy levels.
  6. Increased risk of dental problems: Junk food is often high in sugar and can contribute to tooth decay and gum disease.
It's important to limit your intake of junk food and focus on a balanced and nutritious diet to maintain optimal health.
