Too much of caffeinecauses increased alertness it works by blocking the effect of adenosine which is a brain chemical that makes you feel tired so at the same time to trigger will be news about generally that increase energy so this affects causes anxiety and nervousnessand this same cartoon causes people to stay awake it makes it difficult for them to sleep so the amount of caffeine you consume without affecting your sleep will mostly depend on your genetics but later on can filter affect sleep after several hours and it also causes digestive issues because it releases gas stream which is a hormone that the stomach produces that helps to speed up activity in the colon no small amount of coffee can help to improve gut motility but when you take excess of it is a youth and also causes muscle breakdown exam age is the muscle fibre that enter the bloodstream which leads to kidney failure and other kind of problems as well this caffeine causes rhabdomyolysis which include infection muscle strain and trauma and this simple thing can cause you to be addicted to it which will lead to psychological at high dosage so avoid too much of caffeine

There are some people that think that daily drinking coffee is an addiction but replace this by practicing a lot of sports in the morning before going to study or work like for example half-hour of exercise sports because coffee is just increasing personal stress while sports has the opposite effect that is why most of the people feel nervous after drinking a cup of coffee especially if they smoke while drinking it means another addiction added to the base addiction. Also, this will have good effects for the whole day and let you control your emotions and concentrate better at work or study.

Effect of too much of caffeine in the body can cause isomnia , even for pregnant women too much of caffeine is bad to theirs health and the placentals boat ,is not good for health so we should try reduce our intake of it so that it won't affect us

too much of caffeine is very bad for the health issue minimise the intake of caffeine so as to avoid all the side effects that is attached to it too much of everything generally is not good so cuz of any food that contains high caffeine or you should rather avoid drinking it regularly so that you won't have to face any consequences that is attached to it because this caffeine causes a lot of health issues that will make you to have chronic diseases in the body so if you want to live a healthy life make sure that you avoid too much of caffeine in the body
