1. Being obese affect the nervous system by increasing the risk of stroke and also makes the blood to stop flowing through the brain and it also increases the risk of depression and issues with body image
2. It Also affect the respiratory system by storing fat around the neck which makes the airway too small and causes difficulty in breathing
3. When there is high cholesterol in the body it causes liver damage or liver failure
4. Obesity makes the body not to be able to pump blood very well which can lead to high blood pressure and end up leading to stroke
5. Obesity also causes complications for women during their pregnancy
6. Obesity can also cause esophageal, colon, cervical and pancreatic cancer

Obesity can cause over weight and bad breath and if operated is 50/50 but will can avoid it through natural remedies by using natural lemon drink to reduce our weight peel lemon and squeeze keep it for 3 day in a fridge and start drinking it after three days it will reduce it.

Obesity is a very big deal and it is characterized by somebody being how much overweight. The higher the body mass index the greater the chance of the person having a fat block in one of his blood vessels which might lead to increased blood pressure and then consequently arteriosclerosis which can cause death. Obesity on his own can make a person very slow in completing work.

Thanks for sharing, from this write-up , I think this is one of the reason why so many people who are obese always find difficulties in carrying out some simple exercise , when they are on exercise they are easily tired because they don't have enough strength to carry out the exercise perfectly..

Apart from this, there are so many other dangerous side effect of being obese just as the writer has posted and this may not in any way help you. The best thing fat people should be looking forward to do is to get proper guide on how to completely eliminate this , sometimes it may require drugs and sometimes natural exercise can return you to a good shape.
