As we all know that health is very important for all of us and the main reason behind our stomach problems is taking junk food in larg amount if we eating junk food the whole day then our stomach will become disturbw and you will feel vomiting due to which diarrhea may cause so many health problems occur due to this so we should avoid junk food and take healthy diets and use fruits and vegetables and prefer to eat homemade food and avoid the pizza and burger because their hot spices will effect and hurt your belly also your stomach so don't take too much junk food
