eating too much of junk food is not good for the body which causes series of diseases to the body most especially obesity because of the sugar calories and fat that it contains which leads to weight gain and the obesity car for the lead to diabetes joint pain and other various heart ailmentsand these are intake of sugar and fat that is in this junk foods also suppresses the function of the brain that helps in learning and memory formation and also causes loss of appetite and digestion is causes mental impact leading to depression it also causes inadequate growth and development so we should make sure that we are not consuming junk foods everyday because the side effect is not good it causes danger to the health at least it is not that we should avoid it completely some people might not be able to do that but at least we should make sure that the quantity or how we are taking it everyday is not much so that it won't affect the health and causes a lot of health issues to the body because the most causes of this Junk foods is obesity and everybody knows that obesity exposes once health to dangers
