For a perfect health we should avoid junk food?

As we all know that health is very important for all of us and the main reason behind our stomach problems is taking junk food in larg amount if we eating junk food the whole day then our stomach will become disturbw and you will feel vomiting due to which diarrhea may cause so many health problems occur due to this so we should avoid junk food and take healthy diets and use fruits and vegetables and prefer to eat homemade food and avoid the pizza and burger because their hot spices will effect and hurt your belly also your stomach so don't take too much junk food

Hi. Hope you are doing well. Your thread is very informative. I fully agree with you that we should avoid junk food for a perfect health. It is true that people consume a lot of junk food every day because they have no time to cook at home.
However, if we want to be healthy, strong and energetic, we should eat a lot of fruits and vegetables which are a good source of vitamins and minerals. It is also very important to cook at home. Furthermore, regular exercise like walking or swimming can also help us stay healthy. A healthy diet in combination with daily exercise can improve and protect our health. At present whole world is facing health problem. Obesity, diabetes and much more. Our food habits are responsible for it, We are giving priority to taste than health. Junk food have not any nutircians. When once we eat it we will addict of it. It is better to ear fresh and healthy foods.

Only if people are willing to see the consequences it might brings. To me I don't see any positive things that could result if we have to depends on junk foods. That does not mean that you shouldn't take some of your favourite snacks but you just have to make it moderate or you shouldn't depend on process food all the times instead of you choosing to eat vegetables which is what supplies the body with all the necessary nutrients and material needed for effective growth and development. .

Personally I mostly prefer vegetables because they are the best and it has a lot of nutrients in it that could help the body especially to boost the body defence system and so on. I don't want a situation that at a certain age I start developing diabetes or cancer even high blood pressure because of the results of what I eats in the past.

Junk food is termed as "Junk" because it lacks nutritive value. But through the years, people have been accustomed to eating junk food as a part of "feel good" factor. For most people, it's kind of become a necessity to eat the junk food. However, people have to understand that it is not at all good for their health to keep having junk food. They need to curb that craving and should atleast look to portion control, and minimize eating it, if they can't keep a stop on it permanently. If they can stop eating the junk food for forever, then it's well and good. There are also bad effects if eating junk food. They can cause lot of health problems, can cause acne and pimple problems on your face. Junk foods are basically high in calories and low in nutrition. So, by eating junk food we'd be putting lot of harmful things in our body.

It is right that junk food have not any nutrician but it have many chemicals which are not good for our health I read that packet seal potato chips and other snacks have not protein which informed us that our we are not hungry so we eat these too much. Manufacture of these snacks are claiming low fats but these have harmful chemicals. our Regular food is much better for us

Junk food is mostly made with fats and will only satisfy our cravings but they do not offer any value to us health wise so we have to very careful in eating these kind of foods because with time we will see their effect on our bodies, food should be optimize for body building not just pleasure

Junk food will never provide any benefit to your body and this is something that should have been observed many years ago Because research and scientific magazines are stated the danger that is associated with eating of junk food that has little or no nutritional value.

Sometimes junk food are something we cannot escape but at the same time it is not something we should be eating every day as it is not good since they contains high sugar and salt which are definitely dangerous to the vital organs of the body.

When certain lifestyle are being adopted by people the most important thing we have to put into consideration first is the outcome of what it will bring to us in the future.

Like junk food,b too much consumption of junk food can have a dangerous side-effects not really now but might increase the risk of people developing heart disease and sometimes diabetes.
