The first side effect is a stomachache. If you consume too many bananas in a short amount of time since they might be acidic, your belly will begin to ache.Eat a banana after your meal to relieve the pain.

Another side effect is diarrhea. Eating too many bananas can cause diarrhea because they contain more potassium than most fruits do. Potassium can travel through your bloodstream quickly, causing your body to eliminate it by way of stool or urine. Make sure you drink plenty of water while enjoying your banana snack so that any excess potassium will be flushed out of your body before it reaches your colon!

The final side effect is an upset stomach. You might feel nauseous after eating too many bananas because they contain large amounts of sugar (one banana contains about 20 grams). This makes the sugar in bananas more likely to irritate your digestive system than other foods like apples or oranges which have lower levels of sugar per serving size (two apples contain about 35 grams each).

Banana and most of fruits are healthy and contains many Nutrients. But eating too much fruit is not good for our health it may be banana or any other fruits. I think one or 2 banana is enough for a adult person. Here we eat it after mean but never more than one or two banana. Aperson who is diabetic can eat banana when sugar lever is with in control but in limited quantity never more than one. If we have problem with eating more banana we can get relief with earing cardamom
