it is not possible for us not to put salt in our food because salt brings more taste to the food when we want to eat but we should make sure that will minimise the quantity which she didn't think about the taste that it will provide to the food because when you think about only the things and not a side effect when it is in excess in the body it can endanger the health salt causes a lot of health issues when it is in excess in the body so avoid consuming too much of salt so that you won't have problem like rising high blood pressure or you been thirsty always like having a dry mouth and it also increases the risk of developing stomach cancer and it increases the risk of heart disease which can lead to premature death because when you have rising blood pressure is increasing the risk of heart disease and high blood pressure can be caused by too much of salt in the bodyso it is important that will make sure that the salt to consume is not too much in a day like a teaspoon is enough daily to avoid certain side effects
