Despite the fact that the managers and employers are the ones that impose ethics as well as rules and regulation in a particular business organisation it is also mandatory for them to also observed is ethics as well as rules and regulation. It is absolutely unwise for a particular business manager or business owner to enact business ethics and rules or regulation in which only his or her employees obeys, but him or her does not obey and abide to. For example if a particular business organisation's manager or employer and not the principal or ethics that all organisational personnel must be in the business premises before 8:00 in the morning. It is expected that he as well should also be in the business premises before 8:00, he or she should not expect his employees to be in the business premises before 8:00 but him or her shouldn't, that would be so much insane and crazy. Employees and workers are more likely to abide by a particular organisational ethics, if those who enact such ethics, also abide by the ethics, and that is basically the simple truth.

Majority of business employees and managers are fond of enacting business ethics, rules, and regulation that I hard to practice. However it is always advisable for business managers and employees to always consult the attention of their employees and also make sure that each employee is okay with a particular business ethics or principle. For example, if 8:00 is the beginning morning session of a particular business organisation, all employees should definitely agree to such amendment, before this can be said to be an ethics in the business organisation.

It is absolutely unusual for a business organisation to only inhabits business owners and business employees from the same locality and from the same region. However in order for smooth activities to be performed in the business organisation it is expected that all business person else whether the business manager of the business employee must definitely abide by requisite business ethics that is being provided by the business management. A business that has ethics is absolutely effective in management but in the employee's aspect and in growth and development aspect.

In most situations and conditioning the most effective ways to prevent conflict between employees and between individuals working in a business organisation is for ethics to be provided. To also boost the ability for a particular ethics to be followed and to be adhered to by employees and employers it would be best for employers to also follow ethics and not only a enact for the purpose of employees coordination.

I would love to talk about the aspect of the manager. The manager is the one who serves as the leader in the business and he serves and the watchword for every other worker in the company. Eckert worker will follow his footstep and they will do the things that he does.

Imagine that someone like that does not follow the rules and regulations, it means that such a person will not be able to control the workers or even persuade them to follow the rules and regulations too. If you want your workers to follow the rules of your company, you have to abide by it too. You should not be exempted for any reason

Business employers and business managers may no doubt be the ones to formulate principles as well as rules and regulation in which the business organisation employees should abide and also obey but it can also, be very much effective for employees to follow business principles as well as rules and regulation if the managers and employers do their best to also abide and also keep to effective business principles and regulations. For instance if the business employer and manager emphasize very much on punctuality stating that, all employees and personals in the business organisation should be available in the business environment before the time constraints of 8:30 a.m.. of course this is absolutely a good time to carry out business activities for the day but it would be necessary important if employers as well as managers who are the ones to formulate the punctuality rule to also make themselves available during the time constraint of 8:30 a.m..

It is often said but actions of an individual who is more likely to be mimicked by his or her followers than words spoke from him or her.

You are right about this. Any individual who wants people to be like him must do the right thing so that the people who want to be like him will also do the things that he does.

A lot of people tend to follow the footsteps of their leader and that is why a leader should always follow the right footstep and make the right decisions so that the people who are coming before him will also be able to do what the leader does even though the leader seems not to be around.

A leader is supposed to lead by example because his followers will surely do what he does
