Despite the fact that the managers and employers are the ones that impose ethics as well as rules and regulation in a particular business organisation it is also mandatory for them to also observed is ethics as well as rules and regulation. It is absolutely unwise for a particular business manager or business owner to enact business ethics and rules or regulation in which only his or her employees obeys, but him or her does not obey and abide to. For example if a particular business organisation's manager or employer and not the principal or ethics that all organisational personnel must be in the business premises before 8:00 in the morning. It is expected that he as well should also be in the business premises before 8:00, he or she should not expect his employees to be in the business premises before 8:00 but him or her shouldn't, that would be so much insane and crazy. Employees and workers are more likely to abide by a particular organisational ethics, if those who enact such ethics, also abide by the ethics, and that is basically the simple truth.

However it is always advisable for business managers and employees to always consult the attention of their employees and also make sure that each employee is okay with a particular business ethics or principle.
