A lot of business managers develop various policies and ethics in their business day-to-day operations and they obviously expect their employees and workers to observe this ethics and policies and failure to do so can get the employee or worker kicked out or sacked out of the business organization.

We need to understand that business ethics and policies is not only applicable to employees and workers but also managers and superiors in the business organization most first of all carry out these policies and ethics, when they do this they give the employees and workers the motivation to follow. When managers and employers in a business organization observe policies it shows that they believe in this policies and the ability to have the business make good decision and judgment, and this of course can motivate employees to follow in their footstep.

The enactment of ethics in a business organization does not mean that such business ethics is to be only observed by employees and workers. Ethics in one Way of the order can also be known as policies which the business managers and superiors have set and have put in place to give employers and employees a sense of direction, it can also be a way for a business organization to subject operations to performance.

Having this in mind would also have us understand that they observing of ethics and policies in a business organization should not only be observed by employees but rather managers and superiors should also make sure to observe this ethics and policies because it shows that their belief in them to actually work and help the business grow.
