Should managers involve in financial decisions in your business?

For some business owners, they are very suspicious especially when it comes to financial issues. This kind of business owner would want to be fully involved in every financial dealing. They are involved in the smallest of financial dealings. Even dealings that are as little as buying water for the organization. Is this kind of approach the right way to run your business?

Some other CEOs are not bothered by financial securities. They allow their managers to make financial being even without their involvement. They trust the managers to make fair dealings without fear of misappropriation. Is it right for a business owner to allow his staff freehand in financial matters.

I think that it is betters business owners trust their managers with financial issues. Let them do something that would make you rescind your trust on them rather that being insecure from day one. Which kind of boss would you prefer? The insecure one or the one that is not.

Though it depend on the individual that owns the company. It is very better to be watchful while employing an employee because atimes you may not be there when the decision will be needed to be execute .
Therefore it will be very difficult if there is no trust between the manager and the CSO because to make decision that may affect the company positively will deficult because most CSO do not know much about the business they are doing but only with the effort of the employees they achieve that.
It is a good thing for CSO to have rest of mind so far th manager is in the office.

The remarkable and significant duty or role of a business manager is literally to carry out decision-making and other managerial responsibilities pertaining to the business success and prosperity. In a business organisation where the business owner is not the business manager but yet the business owner makes decisions, then such decisions for them to be approved must pass through the text of the business manager. The business manager him or herself shouldn't Lord it over the fact that he or she is the manager of the business and must not claim that his own decisions are overall and shouldn't be questioned by either the owner of the business or by employees.

The manager should also give to the employees the privileges of expressing their opinions and suggestions and also their ideas in areas of decision-making because, when decisions are being analysed by two or more individuals then such a decision is considered to be a strong and effective one. No matter a manager years of studies on management and managerial skills, he or she cannot exempt the fact that he or she isn't beyond mistakes and errors, and so at times to make perfection in areas of decision-making interrogation with co-employees and co-workers can totally help.
