Kinds of customers a business should promptly turn down.

We have been taught to know and practice the notion that "customers are king'. That's why as business people, we should place premium on our customers. However, there are some kinds of customers that you shouldn't even bother about. These set of customers should be promptly turned down. Some of these kinds of customers are:

1) Customers who have a history of being abusive, violent or threatening: They are the kinds of customers who disrespect staff of business organisations. They hurl insults at staff and threaten staff. They should not be indulged but turned back right from the start.

2) Customers that are practically impossible to satisfy: There are some customers that no matter how much a business stretches to satisfy them, they are not satisfied. Turn them down because they are a drain on energy.

3) Customers that are high risk with a propensity of non payments or fraudulent activities. These are the kinds of customers that would give checks that would bounce, would take products or services on debts and would not want to pay. Don't even bother serving them at all.

It doesn't make sense to spend so much on trying to satisfy customers who are natural born critics. You won't ever succeed in satisfying them. Their primary goal in itself was not to get satisfied but to find fault no matter the efforts.

It could be very frustrating having to deal with these kinds of customers but the solution is that you should not pay attention to their ramblings. You don't have to turn them down. Just serve them and don't really give an air to their criticism.
