The primary goal of any marketing move for any business is that a customer would be convinced enough to part way with his money for the products or services. But one major limitation to that is always availability of payment options. Some businesses have failed to make every kind of payment option available to potential patrons of their businesses.
Be it an online or offline business, it has to ensure that every possible payment method that is available is supported by the business or else the business is running a risk of losing sales.
I have never lost a sale because if unavailability of payment system. Ranging from cash to online payment systems like PayPal, I have them all available just in case. I have to leave the grocery shop in my compound to patronize another one a little bit distant from my compound simply because the shop in my compound doesn't support bank transfers as payment methods.
