Making profits and realizing revenue at the end of a particular business day or at the end of a particular business year is obviously one of the major purpose of business, but as mentioned it is only one of the purpose of business but not all the purpose which a business should live on. A business organization is an economic entity and apart from inventories a business organization also constitute individuals with different behaviors and characters, basically what I am trying to say is that in as much as a business organization is basically established to make profits, it should also be a center of economic growth and development by fostering good communication and good interaction among individuals which of course bring peace and unity.

Business owners and managers should also try to maintain good interaction with their various customs and clients as this would help them to develop trust and loyalty to what their business.

Maintenance of good interaction with customers and client is also another thing that business owners and business managers should be concerned about in business apart from making sure that the business makes profits. At times business growth and development are not always from the fact that a particular business makes profit but always from the fact that a particular business is able to win the interest of customers and clients and that can obviously be done through good interaction and good communication within which the business owner has with members of the public. A business must also add value to the public possibly in terms of other services provided such as contributing to charity.
