It is not always advisable for a business to relocate from an established location, especially if it has operated from there for a long time. But there are certain times that the realistic step to take to advance your business is to relocate. Some of these situations are:

1) Sudden increase in rent or lease: Of there is a sudden increase in the price that you rent the property you use for your business, and it is disproportionate, the best solution is to leave that place to another place with your business.

2) Limited space due to business growth: Sometimes, businesses start at a small premises due to financial constraints, there is a point they grow to and the space can no longer occupy them and they need to move.

3) Better business incentives in other locations: Some locations offer better incentives that would appeal to the business and make their profit bigger. A business might consider moving to enjoy these benefits.

Relocating the business requires a lot of deliberation as it can have a huge bearing on success. Relocation may be authorized by reasons like better market accessibility, reduced costs, availability of skilled employees, enhanced infrastructure facilities and favorable regulatory environments. Other favorable factors include larger customer bases, lower operating costs, well developed logistics, talented work forces and supportive government policies. Accordingly other employees’ quality life aspects such as housing, education, healthcare services transportation systems and recreational facilities are very important for attracting and retaining highly qualified staff. Ultimately, if planned properly, relocation can result in growth of the business and improve its competitiveness.

Government demolition of a particular business environment in order to build a capital project can be one of the reasons why most businesses in that environment might choose to relocate. Other reasons include the sudden increase of cost of production in a particular environment and so businesses may want to move to other environments will cost of living is low or more bearable. Finally another reason which warrant business relocation could be the absence of targeted audience to a business product or services, and so in order to find good and reasonable customers and clients a business owner might want to relocate to better environments.

As a matter of fact the business location is the one that affects the running of the sustainable business growth. As we all know that the heart of every business is the customers, so the business location must go with the place where the business customers are located too.
With that response we tend to see the pharmacies located in nearby hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
