Oatmeal is a healthy food. That is the reason why everyone likes it and includes the same for their breakfast. Oats are a great way to prevent baldness. It is because oats are high in fiber, zinc, omega-6 fatty acids, and vitamins. Thus eating oats is very good for your hair growth. Also the scalp hair does not fall out much. When you consume oats on a regular basis, you can definitely prevent baldness.

2. Almonds:

Almonds contains high amounts of magnesium. Therefore, almonds are very good for hair growth. By eating almonds on a regular basis, you can avoid hair loss. Almonds are also very good for your overall health. Therefore, you can continue to eat almonds every day.

I've heard about Oats, but never came across Almonds. I knew Oats are meals that is richly blessed in vitamins, fiber etc, which can help replenish our hair from going bald nor scalp. It helps glow the skin, and makes it gain moisture. Some take it as breakfast and some mixed in with custard pap and take it in the night. Everyone has its own way of taking the Oats.

Although it can stimulate hair growth in the body but sometimes baldness can be genetic and there is nothing that any food or supplements will do about it because a lot of people who are Bald still have all these fruits and minerals in their body system but it doesn't work. It is genetic if you're talking about baldness
