It is always good for the health to take almonds after removing the skin. After removing the skin, soaking the almonds at night and eating them on the next day morning is said to be more beneficial for the health.

Why should you not take almonds with skin? Almond skin contains a chemical called tannin. This chemical is said to prevent the body from absorbing the nutrients. So, it is best to peel and eat soaked almonds only.

Needless to say, almonds are rich in vitamin E, which is good for hair and skin health. It also helps to create new cells in the body. Almonds are high in fiber and protein, and when eaten on an empty stomach they do not make you feel hungry throughout the day.

1. Blood sugar control: Almonds are rich in protein, fiber, vitamins and fats. Therefore, it is useful for diabetics take almonds, since it also helps control blood sugar.

2. Resists aging: Nobody wants to become old, is it not? Almonds are high in anti-oxidants and vitamin E. If you take soaked almonds on a regular basis, it helps to reduce fine the lines that start showing up in the body and reduce aging.

The almond is a dry fruit. It contains lots of fibers, vitamins, minerals calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, Protein and vitamins E and amino acids. These saves you from cancer diseases.
Health benefits of almond including lower blood pressure level, Lower blood sugar level and cholesterol level. At least 25 almonds eat in a day.
There are many health benefits of almonds.
1. LOWER BAD CHOLESTEROL :
When this bad cholesterol is gathered in our body then there is the risk of the development of many diseases. To eat daily almonds you can get rid out of this bad cholesterol and many diseases.
Because almonds is rich with fats of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated.
These fats eliminates the bad cholesterol from the coronary artery and the present of these bad cholesterol in the various parts of body. So to stay healthy eat 10 or 11 Almonds daily in the morning with empty stomach.
2. Prevention from the cancer:
Because of the presence of vitamins E in the almonds it saves you from dangerous diseases like cancer disease. And prevents from the growing of cancer cells.

3. Promotes the healthy digestion:

Almond is very beneficial for our brain power and also for our body health. Our elders said that almond sharp your mind and also provide us ability to do a lot of brain work.They also that if we will eat almond then we will become clever. In the morning my mother give me 7 almond with 1 cup of milk and also sometimes she make a shake of almond by adding dates and milk.she soaked the almond and dates in water at night and in the morning she make a shake after peeling the almonds especially in summer season .This shake provides us a lot of energy in order to work the whole day .
Besides this Almonds contain many nutrients which aids in reduce heart dieases by keeping your heart healthy.The one more important benefit of eating almond is that it provides you the feeling of fullness and also delays your hunger.
Besides containing the nutrients it also contains mineral which helps your bones to become stronge and healthy . We can also use almond for our weight lose.In short we can say eating almonds has many health benefits for example it protect us from many health dieases pr problems
