The benefits of eating garden eggs are numerous.

1. They're healthy: Eggs are one of the most nutritious foods you can eat, and garden eggs are no exception. They're packed with vitamins and minerals like folate, vitamin D, iron, and selenium that help keep your body healthy and strong.

2. They're easy to make: All you need is a little bit of water and some sunlight for a simple egg-coddling process that results in a delicious meal! Just crack open the egg and pour boiling water over it for about 15 minutes. Then just serve up with some toast for a quick breakfast or lunch.

3. They're delicious: You don't even have to peel them before cooking; just throw them whole into your pan with some salt or pepper on top!
