Eating of healthy foods can help to control body weight because it leaves less room for food that are high in calories which typically lead to weight gain these foods are fatty or sugary snacks, processed food that provide just little nutritional value.

It also helps to fight help diseases because when you eat healthy foods I'm in balanced diet it will provide essential nutrients that will help to maintain key germ fighting cells in our immune system which greatly helps to improve vascular function and this vascular function help to provide this is fighting cells to areas that need it there are a lot of importance that this healthy food does to our body like the reduction in risk of cardiovascular disease.

And also this balanced diet makes us to have more energy because it will be easily digestible which means did you digest much quicker and help you to maintain energy level and it also helps you to sleep better by allowing our muscles to replenish and recover from day's activities or workout.

It makes our brain power to function at a high level based on our eating habits balanced diet is an important role in making our brain to boost properly by helping us to fight against debilitating mental disorders and also improve our memories.

Anybody that want to eat healthy foods must be cleaned him or herself very well.
Living in healthy and good condition, start from cleanliness.
Food that we need to eat must be clean enough from dirty and particles especially sands can cause a lot of havoc in the internal organs of the person that eat the foods.
We must make sure that the food is clean enough to kick against poison food.
The food must be cooked very well and the water that we use to cook must be clean enough and filter very well before we use it.
