Almonds are a tasty, nutritious food that everyone knows. Even though a bit costly, for the health benefits it contains, most people are not reluctant to spend money to buy almonds. However, there are differences in the way each person consumes almonds. Some people like to eat soaked almonds at night.

Whereas some people like to eat them raw or roasted. The fiber, protein, vitamins and omega 3 fatty acids in almonds help keep the body healthy. Although almonds are good for the body, consuming too many green almonds in the summer can be harmful instead of good for the body.

Green almonds produce body heat and hence consuming them too much in summer season can lead to the bile duct condition. And so, it is better to eat soaked almonds at night instead of eating raw almonds. When you eat almonds, soaked in water, it helps the body absorb nutrients easily.

Due to the increase in body temperature, you may face problems like blisters and acne. Eating raw almonds is even more harmful because digestive problems also increase in the summer. Soaked almonds are not only easy to digest, but also regulate body heat. Soaking almonds removes bile and protects against digestive problems.
