1. Eating of balanced diet is very important when you want to be fit and healthy because it contains a lot of vital nutrients which will help to keep you healthy. Balanced diet contains minerals, vitamins and protein in the right proportion which hel you to provide the necessary nutrients you need in the body.

2. Getting enough sleep is very essential to maintain a healthy body because when you did not sleep very well it will lead to negatively impact on your concentration, stress hormones, the immune system and the cardiovascular health so you should make sure to sleep for like 6 hours so as to make your body to be healthy.

3. Exercising dairy can also help you to maintain a fit and healthy body so when you exercise for at least half an hour or an hour it will help you to reduce weight gain or any high cholesterol in your body which will improve your blood circulation and enhance the muscle fitness and they also help to strengthen your lungs and heart which will reduce the risk of you even developing some kind of diseases in the body and also make sure that you drink enough water daily.

Medical diagnosis is very important to know where is complain in any part of body.
Early morning exercise is very important to mentain good fitness and healthy.
Eating of green vegetables is must to fight against any diseases that can come out of it,as a defecency of foods such as malnutrition like heart attack, coronary artery,bone fraction as a result of lack of calcium and vitamin k.
Drinking of water early in the morning is very advisable to lubricant the body system and fight against diseases like constipation, easy digestion and muscle cramp.
