Hello dear friends hope you are doing well and making fun on this forum and getting knowledge and information about the health problems so giys today i will tell how fruits helps us to maintain healthy and fit there are various fruits which has distinct benefits and advantages firstly grapes which reduce the eyesight problem and reduce blurriness of our eye and it is very best for constipation problem and grapes open the closed veins of brain it is very helpful in depressed situations because it reduce depression and secondly pomegranate is very best for skin it reduce wrinkles and make your skin neat and clean and make you young and do not make you old very soon and increased the men power it is very best for liver your hair growth will increased and especially it will make fresh blood and third banana make you gumps and teeth stronge if you eat one banana at the night then you will not face heart attacks and if you eat it at day then it reduce your blood pressure if you drink banana shake then you can put on weight and is very good gor children because it makes the children healthy if we mix the banana in yogurt then it is good to make your child fat and increase the growth rate of your child

Fruits has the vitamins that give strength and body ph balance. Anybody that refuse to eat fruits would definitely has cardiovascular problem. Fruits has vitamins that makes body system cool and functions well.
Most of the fruits contains vitamin c,this vitamin is antioxidant in nature that fight against stuffy and coughing. Some fruits are medicinal in nature, when take that fruits,it will cure the disease perfectly. The fruits are lemon,penapple,lime,and so on. All these fruits are very good in treatment of many diseases like infections and bacteria. This also burn high level of cholesterol in the blood stream. It can be use to burn fats in woman abdomen . It can also use to cure stroke and paralysis.

Though I do not know much about fruit combinations, but I know for a fact that fruits plays a huge role in our body. For those who might be having issues with constipation, orange is a good remedy for it. Oranges also helps in boosting the body's immune system, protecting the body from germs and also protects the cells form damages.
