Fruit and vegetables contains a lot of minerals and vitamins that are very good for our health and the contain antioxidants which reduces the risk of many diseases they contain vitamin a, vitamin c, magnesium, vitamin E, zinc, folic acid and phosphorus.
This folic acid help us to reduce the blood level of homocysteine which is a substance that increases the risk of heart disease.

Fruits and vegetables are very low in sugar fat and salt they're also a good source of dietary fibre that can help sores to feel full for longer and prevent like overconsumption of food sometimes.

It reduces the risk of obesity and help us to maintain a healthy weight by lowering your cholesterol levels and also the blood pressure level.

Fruit and vegetables protects us against some certain diseases in the body because it contains antioxidants and this way it will help us to reduce the risk of developing stroke, heart disease , Cancer or high blood pressure which that can lead to hypertension.

Fruits and vegetables provide a lot of potential nutrients to the body that will make us to grow healthier and also provide nutrients that reduce the risk of developing some certain diseases in the body so we should make sure that we include fruit and vegetables in our diet like four times in a week
