A diet rich in fruits and vegetables help in lower the risk of blood pressure, heart disease and stroke and also prevent some certain types of cancer, it has a positive effect upon blood sugar, lower the risk of eye and digestive problems
Eating fruit like apples, green leafy vegetables and apples helps to promote weight loss.
They are also excellent source of vitamin and minerals and they are also high in fiber. Fruit and vegetables also helps in health boosting and also reduce the risk of inflammation and diabetes and it also makes our digestion system normal so we should always try to include vegetables and fruits in our daily meals because it has a lot of benefits as I mentioned earlier.

Fruits are the major source of antioxidants which helps to get rid of radical elements that can cause sickness in our body systems. most of the fruits are also rich in fibre which helps to improve rate of digestion in our body system.

There are many befits of eating raw vegetables and organic fruits but the problem is that people have not been consuming the amount of fruits and vegetables that are required by their bodies and they prefer eating fast food, which is obviously unhealthy. Fast food has no nutrients. In fact, it is full of unhealthy chemicals and substances. This is why people are dying young nowadays. When we do not eat healthy foods, we devoid our bodies of getting the required nutrients.
