Minerals are very important in our body for us to stay healthy it is used for so many different jobs in keeping us healthy like helping to keep our bones and muscles heart and brain working properly if they're also very important for making enzymes and hormones we have two different types of minerals the macro minerals and the trace minerals but we need a larger amount of macro minerals like the calcium sodium potassium phosphorus magnesium chloride and sulphur but need a little amount of trace minerals like copper iron iodine cobalt chloride selenium MN most people usually get the amount of minerals that they named by eating a wide varieties of food and in most cases doctors might recommend a mineral supplement like some people who have some health issues or take some medicines that may need to get less of one of the minerals for example those that have chronic kidney disease need to limit foods that are high in protein so minerals helps in US in a lot of ways it helps us to keep our body grow and stay healthy we should make sure that we consume all nutritious foods like eating balanced diet daily so that we can be healthy
