The whole purpose of eating is to derive energy from your food. “Empty calories” found in soda, processed snacks, and other junk food may fill your stomach, but they fail to provide high-quality energy.

For that, you need complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and protein. Also, if you have unexplained fatigue, try increasing your iron intake with seafood, poultry, dark leafy greens, and peas. Your body also absorbs iron better if you eat it with vitamin C, which is found in foods like broccoli, peppers, oranges, and tomatoes.

When you eat balanced diet your body is healthy and free from disease.when you take the correct vitamins the body will be healthy.when you eat all the essential classes of food at the right nutrients and proportion the body will be free from any kind Of sickness or disease.so always eat balanced diet

Eating balanced diet makes us to be healthy and also makes the nutrients that we need in our body to be complete and by doing that prevent us from having certain diseases in the body we should always make sure we eat healthy foods and foods low in calories also
