fruit and vegetables are a really good source of vitamins and minerals they have minerals nutrient like magnesium zinc phosphorus and folic acid and they contain a lot of fibre which helps to boost our gut health and also helps to maintain our weight they are very low in calories and fat and they also protect us against cancer and some diseases in the body like diabetes stroke high blood pressure and disease and cancer fruit and vegetables are also a good idea when you want to maintain a good health because they contain low saturated fat salt and sugar and they also helps to reduce inflammation and lower cholesterol level and also the blood pressure they are low in sodium and cholesterol so eating fruits and vegetables helps in a lot of way when you want to improve your hair with it makes us to be very healthy because the nutrient that is provide to the body contains all these vital nutrients that the body needs for us to maintain or supportour health growthso eating of vegetables and fruits regularly will really be of good help at least three to four times in a week if not everyday so we can have a healthy life

Eating vegetables regularly will give you more blood vitamins and minerals eating vegetables can do so many things in our life,fruit and vegetables also improve our well being and boost our blood atleast I use to eat vegetables three time in a week because of the vitamins and minerals to our health

I think eating vegetables and fruits not only helps in boosting our blood, it also helps as a form of detox. It detoxify the body from all the junks we have been eating and it also gives nutrition to the skin.

However, if you are suffering from diseases like diabetes or hyperacidity then it is advisable to avoid eating fruits such as banana, mango, grapes etc. because these contain high amount of sugar which may worsen your condition. Some vegetables such as water leaf, when eaten too much can purge some people.

Fruit and vegetables are very important for a healthy diet because it contains varieties of nutrients it helps us to lower the blood pressure reduce the risk of having heart disease or stroke and it also prevents some type of cancer, it lower the risk of some digestive problems in the body and it is also very effective to maintain blood sugar level.

Fruit and vegetables are a very good source of vitamins and minerals and they also contain a lot of fibre which will help to boost your gut health. They are low in calories which means that you don't have to worry about having any extra calories or high cholesterol in your body.

Fruit and vegetable is part of the food that is very important in our lifetime. Without fruits we cannot survive and develop very well. there are a lot of minerals that present in the fruits that make the body to fight against disease.
Most of the fruit contain antioxidants that fight against disease and make the tissues very soft and allow the blood to flow freely in the bloodstream without any problem.
Vegetables is also a very important food that will need to consume everyday in our lifetime, because it contained some nutrients that we cannot drive anywhere except in the vegetables.
Some vegetables are very good in fighting diseases because of the chemical contents present in the in it. Those vegetables are green vegetable, waterleaf and ugu vegetables and even most of the vegetable are fighting against malaria and virus diseases.
when you prepare them with some spices.
Without fruit and vegetables human being we develop diseases like heart attack kidney problem, muscle cramps and also stroke due to lack of sufficient vitamins in the body.
