The best way to drink milk is by adding a teaspoon of turmeric powder. This turmeric milk will not on;y relieve you from cold and cough but also help you reduce inflammation, heal body pain, and provide immunity. These days it is really difficult to get pure honey, but if you can find pure honey, you can use it to use as a sugar subtitute.

Eat foods rich in vegetables as they contain a lot of nutrient and also avoid any food that is high in calories as it causes high cholesterol to the body which can lead to diabetes, heart diseases and other diseases as well so we should always make sure we eat healthy foods
