Walking prevent high cholesterol in the body and it also makes us to be fit, strong, active and healthy. Walking is also a form of exercise which helps to reduce the risk of developing certain diseases in the body like diabetes and heart disease and walking is also effective for losing weight

Thank you for sharing this nice message, Empress. It is very important what you mentioned that walking prevents high cholesterol in the body. Many people even very young ones suffer from cholesterol not only because their diet is not healthy but also because they do not take some exercise. Walking is the best form of exercise in this case.

if you work for a like 30 minutes it will help to remove all the body fluid that need to be taken out of the body which will help us to be more healthy
