1. Walking for like 20- 30 minutes in a day helps to improve our health because it helps to strengthen our bones, increase our cardiovascular fitness, helps to burn calories in the body and also boost our muscle power
2. Walking also helps to reduce the risk of having certain diseases like heart diseases, cancer, and diabetes.
3. Walking also helps to make us fit, strong and energetic
4. Walking helps to control high blood pressure, high cholesterol and also muscular pain
6. Walking also helps to burn fat from the body which prevent us from being obese or overweight
It is always good to walk for like 30 minutes or even 15 minutes walk at least like 4 times in a week

Walking is 100x good then lying on a bed whole day.
1. Walking in sunlight for just an half hour makes you fit
2. Walking maintains your weight.
3. Walking at morning makes you feel fresh and charm.
4. Walking while learning your lesson will make it (lesson) easier to digest.
