Many people dream to be a tenant at a very young age or in their lifetime. But unfortunately, not everybody lives to fulfill this dream as a result of some issues or the others. What are some reasons why some people don't end up having houses of themselves before they die?
Lack of planning is the first reason. Many have believed that houses or lands can only be gotten when they have big money. This is a fallacy. In fact, we don't really need big money to get the lands. We only need proper planning and good will to ensure we save towards getting the land.
Lack of access to mortgage banks or help: getting lands and houses is very easier in some developed countries because of the existence of the mortgage banks that will be there for the people that many need money for the option. Unfortunately, this may not be said in some other countries of world where people are left on their own.
However, all these can be solved with proper planning and seeking help else where apart from the mortgage banks. There are some commercial banks as well that are given loans to the people at very reasonable interest rates.
