A friend of mine just graduated from college as the best graduating student in the department of banking and finance. However, he is torn between making decisions on the best career path for his life. He has been offered a job by his faculty as a lecturer and also a job from one of the international banks. He doesn't know which of them to choose.
Objevtively, if you were to advise him, whoch of the jobs would you advise him to choose? Which of the jobs do you think is more exciting? Which of the jobs do you think has a better trajectory for career growth? From my own point of view, I would advise him to take the lecturing job. It has a defined career path unlike a banking job. Do you share the same opinion with me or you think otherwise? What are your reasons for your own opinions?
