For what it takes, a manager should obviously be a professional that is an individual who have high skillful competence and mental capacity to be able to handle everything that comes with effective business management. No doubt becoming a successful manager today is not an easy activity but of course that can be accomplished if such individual goes to school and choose a course under business and become more conversant and creative with it in terms of how to manage business or manage that field of business.

When a manager is not a professional he or she becomes skeptical in making judgments and most of the time he's judgment may not be informed from experience but rather mere thinking, which literally can affect the business in so many ways.
