A qualified business personnel is always perfect and effective in handling his or her responsibilities and duties pertaining to the achievement of organisational or business goals and objectives. As a business manager it is totally expected that you remain a qualified personnel, and that is because you are role and responsibility is totally what determines the success and prosperity of the business organisation. There are some business organisations in which the business owner is totally separated from the business manager, but still the business owner has more authority over the business manager and in fact he or she employs the business manager. It is very necessary for the business owner to be smart and to be cautious when employing a personnel who is to serve or who is to play the role of a manager in the business organisation.

When a business manager is qualified, there is an assured expectation for the business practices and activities to go effective as expected and as planned, in the sense that a qualified business manager, is able to spot out where the business organisation is doing well or not doing well. He or she is also expected be able to give adequate and prompt solutions and remedies to any problem or obstruction the business may be currently facing. In conclusion, a qualified business manager, never fails to regularly analyse and process written transactionary documents and books of the business organisation in other to speculate if the business is making profit or loss.
