Above all things I believe that an entrepreneur must be a risk taker, he or she must be able to calculate various risk involved in investment and involved in the growth and development of the business. It is absolutely very necessary that business organisations put into proper consideration the amount of risk they could possibly face in growing and developing the business and that is definitely the role and responsibility of the business manager who is also the entrepreneur.

Secondly an enterpreneur must be creative and skillful. During times when the business may be facing competitors and other economic problems such as inflation and recession, skillfulness and creativity can totally help in formulating other ways in which the business organisation could be able to make profit and never go bankrupt or become liquidated.
