How to avoid stress

Working an extra shift or working all day long is very cumbersome,and this may cause stress for us.Check this suggestions to tackle stress at home,work,school or any place you find yourself.
1.Take a break at intervals during work
2.Try to postpone unfinished work till when you are ready to finish them
3.Schedule your daily activities and try to routine them regularly
4.Take along with you snacks to help refresh your body during and after work or at breaks during work.
5.Have enough rest and sleep up to rights hours everyday.
6.Try to share difficulties and problems of work with families, friends and collegues as this will help to relief you a bit.
