To avoid rows between workers, communication and conflict resolution have to be done effectively. One way to do this is by establishing a good working environment that promotes open communication and teamwork, listening attentively, being clear on expectations and roles, giving feedback constructively, as well as addressing matters in time. By letting go of the fear of judgment while talking openly about their ideas and sympathetic understanding of what bothers them can enhance constructive talk amongst employees hence creating conducive work environment. Employees must receive regular feedback in terms of performance so that they can learn where they are doing great and where there is a need for them to improve.

As much as possible, have a human interface like a manager that you would delegate to deal with the employee directly. I think that always helps because I see most business owners do that, especially those ones that are pure perfectionists. Those departmental managers would know how to caution and probably discipline.

As a business owner, you don't need to stoop to the point of arguing with your staff. Just stay in your position as the boss and let the managers work.
