I know so many people before now I tend to venture into this but the state of things now is discouraging. Amidst this, some are still up on their feet and having tendency of thriving the more. As an admin, having a strong sense of community is very vital. Engage members, organize contest and implement fair and transparent policies. Try to improve the website, like add new features, you can make premium packages available for people that do care, it shouldn't be compulsory but you can get people buy the idea in a professional way.

The paid to post site can sustain only when they are earning more form their monetization methods compared to what they are paying to the users.
