Cold water that is taken in moderation, has a positive effect on our health and is safe for most of us! Drinking cold water for weight loss is not new. Even celebrities are doing this, as a way to lose some extra pounds without giving up the unhealthy eating habits.

As temperatures start dipping, cold water can help your body heat up quicker and feel warmer in cold weather. It also helps keep you cool during hot summers. So how does it help? Well, when you take a dip in the pool or enter a sheet of ice-cold water, icy fingers rush to your core, causing your heart rate to increase and speeding up your metabolism. It's all thanks to a hormone known as adrenaline, which reacts to cold temperatures causing your body to push extra blood towards the outer layers of skin. This stops you from losing too much body heat and helps you get warm faster. But what about when you're on land? Holding something cold like an ice cream cone can have a similar effect as jumping into cold water.

Cold water has a positive effect on the human body. It can help improve the metabolism and reduce stomach acid, and it can help relieve sore muscles and joints. Cold water also has numerous other health benefits that can include reducing blood pressure, fighting fatigue and helping the body repair damaged tissue.

It is always advisable naturally for people to bath with cold water because it can help freshen the skin and keep the body generally in good condition based on what I have research on the internet, in as much as Cold water is really good for the body , at the same time it is not everyone that will have the ability to bath with cool water because of their health condition, from research research I have come to confirm that people with asthma and older people may not likely to be able to bath we cold water because asthmatic people are likely to experience more symptom and shortness of breath if they expose themselves to too much cold..

In the other hand a older person may not be able to bath with cold water because they can't just withstand letting the water touch their body because the water will be too cold for them.. generally I do not see anything wrong with a person bathing with hot water, both of them are still the same as there is no scientific dangerous effect of bathing with hot water , so anyone a person is comfortable can really be used for bathing.

The effective of cold water body when use for bathing, make sense at times and be go wrong at times, depending on the person that use it. The health status of the person that use will detamine the reaction of that cold water. This can bring malaria symptoms out when use by someone without detecting it before going to bathroom.
