5 Ways to Prevent and Heal Workout-Related Breakouts

When you're working out, it's hard to avoid the inevitable breakout.
Thats why I compiled a list of Five techniques to stop and treat breakouts caused by Workout.

1. Hydrate

Drink lots of water to keep your skin healthy!

2. Moisturize

Use moisturizer after working out to help keep the oil levels down!

3. Clear Out Dead Skin Cells

Use a peeling cream or scrub to exfoliate before working out so that you don't leave behind dead skin cells that can clog pores and cause breakouts later on down the line.

4. Use Sunscreen

Make sure to use sunblock before heading out into the sunshine or burn yourself in the process of working out!

5. Go For A Walk

You don't have to run miles every single day (or even every week), but taking long walks on days when you don't feel like working out will help clear out any toxins from your system so that they don't cause breakouts later on down the line!
