If you buy a land and leave it just like that or next to another land. The other land owner might want to take advantage and shift the boundary to take in some portion of your land. You would be surprised that trying to get back that little portion might result into a law suit that you might spend so much money. So it is always better to prevent this from happening from the outset. So how can you prevent encroachment on your property.

When once you are ready to buy a land or a property have money too to raise a fence. This is very important and easy to do. No body will be able to encroach on your property as the fence will be a darmacation

start a foundation: You don't have money for a full fence then you should start the foundation which will enable you have your land in peace than fighting with anybody. With the foundation there can't be any trespassing as the foundation would serve as the boundary where your own property starts.

Survey the land: You would need to hire a surveyor that will survey the land and leaves survey beacons stones to show any one your boundaries.

How else can a property be sured from encroachment?

One of the best ways to prevent encroachment on your property is to have a clear and well-defined property line. If you know where your property line is, you can more easily spot when someone is encroaching on your land. You can also take steps to prevent people from coming onto your property in the first place by installing a fence or other barrier.

Another way to prevent encroachment is to be aware of your surroundings. If you know who owns the land around you, it will be easier to spot when someone is trying to sneak onto your property. You can also keep an eye out for any changes in the landscape, such as new buildings or roads, that could indicate that someone is encroaching on your land.

If you suspect that someone is encroaching on your property, the best course of action is to talk to them about it. Many times, people are unaware that they are trespassing, and a simple conversation can resolve the issue. However, if the person is persistent or you feel like your property is in danger, you can contact the police or a lawyer to help you resolve the situation.

Yeah I like the idea of trying to converse with the people trying to trespass on ones land. Sometimes I think they do it out of ignorant as such it is good to always have the discussion with the person . I like when people love peace and try to settle any issue with dialogue it doesn't cost anything that make peaceful settlement of issues than trouble. So anyone encroaching on another land or property should be told.

Again, it Is good to always visit your property from time to time. This is because it is will be easier to know when someone is already intruding into your property. it isn't even advisable not to have your property near where you are especially if you are not ready to use the property very soon. Scammers and trespassers are always lurking around to capture ones land and property so protection needs to be put in place.

Yeah I actually agree with your opinions and that is a great way to secure your property, land.
But there are conditions when one may not have funds enough to set up such a structure and in this case, I think the easiest thing to do is to build some small boundary. It is an L shaped structure that is built at the borders of land and such kind of assets.
It is fixed and so clearly sets the boundaries that cannot be shifted.

Another way is by having documented records of the land stating it's dimensions and size. When a land is been bought, the documents should contain the size of the land on every side and so any issue can be simply resolved when reference is been made to such documents that have accurate measurements of the dimensions of the land.

But actually building a fence may be the safest so far.
