These are very good steps to take for one to live healthy. The mindset is one thing that alot of persons tend to over look though, as they do not know the importance of it. Another way to keep staying healthy is having enough rest. These days it has become a norm for people to sleep as late as 12:00am or even 1:00am then wake up as early as 4 or 5:00am to continue another stress filled day. The body is like a machine that can be overworked if proper rest is not taken.
