1. Eat solid, crisp and a lot of dairy foods. Consume daily fruits and vegetables such as apples, pears, carrots, etc. They act as natural abrasives, removing stains and food remaining on your teeth.

2. Dairy item contains calcium, phosphorus, and minerals known to protect the tooth enamel. A durable and healthy enamel is much harder to color. So consume milk, cheese, and yogurt.

3. Use the straw when you drink something. It is preferable not to drink colored drinks such as coffee, black tea or green tea, even though a lot of people cannot give up on their favorite tea or coffee.

With dairy product, I agree with the points, because milk products have all the important nutrition. Fruits and vegetables are also same important, their nutrition help in oral balance. However the point is different when it comes to green tea. I am not aware that Green tea is unhealthy for teeth, but medical research reports says green tea help oral health, it prevent cavities and tooth decay, it makes Gum healthy, clean breath and fights oral cancer too. If I agree with this point, then we have to reject all those medical reports, so it is better to know the source which claims green tea is bad.

Taking care of our body parts is very important, even the tiniest of it isn’t left out. The more we care for them, the more they remain strong and healthy. These are great points for keeping the teeth healthy. We need to make sure that we consume doesn’t make the teeth decay and in the long run cause us pains which are most times excruciating. I think visiting the dentist at least twice a year will also be a big plus

OK. Quite insightful. I also heard that drinking water rich in minerals content especially water from rocky areas which are very common in the rural areas if Africa also promote healthy and strong teeth. A doctor once advised that a child who still have milk teeth should not be consuming honey because the excess sugar can cause extensive tooth decay. No wonder kids who are fond of consuming sweets, candy, chocolates and other sweetened products suffer alot of damage to their teeth at an early age.

Oral health is of primary importance to most of us but we just have a lazy attitude to follow the advice from the dentist. Diary products, fruits and vegetables are very essential for the health teeth and gums but without regular brushing of teeth and flossing one can develop cavities that can cause tooth decay. The simple advice to brush your teeth every after each meal or at least three times a day can come handy.

If you want to keep your teeth healthy, it is important to take care of them. There are many ways that you can do so, but here are three tips that will help you:

1. Brush your teeth twice a day! This means brushing your teeth after breakfast and before dinner. If you do not brush your teeth regularly, they will not be as strong as they could be and the bacteria that live on your teeth can cause problems like gingivitis or cavities.

2. If you do not brush properly, use flossing picks or brushes that have been made for people with braces! These products are specifically designed to get between the spaces between teeth and clean them out thoroughly.

3. Use mouth wash or toothpaste made especially for people with braces! These products contain ingredients that help prevent decay from forming in the first place and reduce plaque buildup on your teeth so it does not become infected over time (which could lead to cavities!).

Sure, here are 3 tips to keep your teeth healthy:
  1. Brush twice a day: Brushing your teeth twice a day for at least 2 minutes each time is an important part of maintaining good dental hygiene.
  2. Floss daily: Flossing helps remove food particles and plaque from between your teeth and along the gumline, which can prevent gum disease and tooth decay.
  3. Limit sugary and acidic foods: Foods high in sugar and acid can erode tooth enamel and increase the risk of cavities. Limit your intake of these foods and drinks, and rinse your mouth with water after consuming them.
