Here are some healthy tips to help you stay on top of your game:

1. If you're going to the gym, don't forget your water bottle. You'll need it to stay hydrated and keep yourself from getting cramps in the middle of your workout!

2. Make sure that you're eating enough calories but not too many. If you're not eating enough, your body will start storing fat instead of burning it off. You don't want that!

3. When you're eating out in public or at a friend's house, try to avoid eating too much or too quickly. This can lead to overeating and not being able to stop until everything is gone or until you feel sick from it.

4. Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. It doesn't have to be long. just a few minutes each day can make a big difference!
