Why you cannot Lose Weight?

There are a number of real reasons why a person cannot lose weight, even though, he understands that this needs to be done, according to doctors. The first reason is the attack of stress, and in women, a sense of guilt.

The sense of guilt is added to this when they begin to think that they are not worthy of a beautiful female body. To get rid of this thinking, they need to understand what preceded the period when they began to get fat.

It is also equally important to know the real physical hunger from the psychological one. You need to understand that there should be a four hour break between meal times. The second reason for being overweight is also psychological.
 
I don't believe one can not reduce weight if one does the necessary things to be done. Though I do believe in psychologically induced factor which makes some people not to achieve a particular feat because of the believe that they have. But this may not work when it comes to medication.
 
The most effective method for a person to lose weight is by doing exercise regularly because it reduces the fat in the body.
